Kathy Lynn Willison, 65, of Clay City, IL passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2026 in Xenia, IL.
Kathy was born November 4, 1960 at Johnsonville, IL to Kenneth L. and Mildred A (Rodgers) Willison. Kathy had been a supervisor at Sherwin Williams-Minwax Company in Flora, IL.
Kathy enjoyed collecting coins, playing cards, and being outside watching wildlife. She was a long-standing member of the Moose Chapter 1937. Kathy had been involved in Clay City Civics, the ball field in Clay City, and helped with the Clay City Fall festival, also at one time the Flora Bowling leagues.
Kathy is survived by two sisters Barbara (Ronnie) McGrew of Xenia, IL and Dena (Tony) Ferguson of Carterville, IL; her nieces and nephews Josh Welty, Alissa Ellis, Christopher Ferguson, Zach Fenton, and Harley Ferguson; and great nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her grandparents, and parents, Kenneth L Willison, and Mildred (Rodgers) Willison.
A Celebration of Life Service: Will be held Saturday, July 11, 2026 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Hosselton Funeral Home in Cisne, IL.
Funeral Service: Will be held at 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
Memorials in memory of Kathy may be given to Clay County Hospice or Clay County Crusaders and will be accepted at the funeral home.
