Wabash General Hospital in Mt. Carmel has received a 5-Star Rating from the National Rural Rating System for the first quarter of 2026, recognizing the hospital’s excellence in patient care, quality outcomes and patient experience.
The designation places Wabash General among a select group of rural and critical access hospitals nationwide that consistently exceed national performance benchmarks while providing high-quality care in rural communities.
