The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Fairfield man Monday night on an outstanding warrant. According to the sheriff’s department, 65-year-old Marvin Legg of Fairfield was taken into custody on a Wayne County warrant charging him with battery. Legg was transported to and lodged in the Wayne County Jail, where he is being held pending his initial court appearance.
