James “Jim” D. Rogers, a lifelong Xenia resident, passed away at age 82 on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Lily Lake, Florida, his winter home.
A Celebration of Jim’s life will begin at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Orchardville Church, in Orchardville, Illinois. Everyone is invited to dress casually and stay afterward for two of Jim’s favorites, cake and ice cream.
A visitation will be held from 2:30 until 3 p.m. on Sunday at the church. Burial will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, July 20, at Floral Garden of Memories Cemetery, in Flora, Illinois.
