Heather C. Tanner, 30, of Fairfield, was arrested late Saturday evening on a new Wayne County warrant charging her with retail theft. The new warrant stems from her apparent violation of a previous sentence of two years’ probation. In April of this year, Tanner was placed on probation and received a stayed 90-day jail sentence after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of theft. Tanner was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where she will be held until a July 21st court appearance.
Dustin N. Robson, 39, of Geff, was stopped over the weekend by Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies and cited for Driving While License is Revoked. Robson was stopped by deputies Saturday evening near the intersection of Illinois Route 15 and County Road 805 North, where he was cited and released with a mandatory court appearance scheduled for July 30th at 1:00 pm.
