The total cost of the project is estimated at $600,000. $81,250 was approved for Yellin’ Helen’s restaurant, which recently broke ground on their new location in Fairfield. Estimated cost for that project is $320,000. Mindy’s Sew Shop was approved for $16,120 for new windows after some were damaged earlier this year during a storm. Total project cost is estimated at $54,000. Gifford Properties was approved for $5,000 for resurfacing and sewer work in an alley off of Southeast 3rd Street. And the City of Fairfield was approved for $150,000 for a parking lot by City Hall, which has an estimated cost of $195,000.
