On Tuesday afternoon, Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 31-year-old Jamar L. Young of Centralia on a Wayne County arrest warrant for a Misdemeanor charge of Theft. Young was transported to the Wayne County Jail where he awaits an August 4th appearance in Wayne County Circuit Court.
