Fairfield Memorial Hospital, in partnership with Horizon Healthcare, will offer school and sports physicals at no cost. Horizon Healthcare providers will visit scheduled schools and communities across southern Illinois to conduct the physicals.
The scheduled times include:
New Hope – July 27th from Noon to 6 p.m.
Clay City – July 29th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Norris City – August 5th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Flora – August 6th from Noon to 5 p.m.
Students in Cisne and Carmi may schedule appointments directly through their local Horizon Healthcare Clinic.
Hospital officials encourage parents and guardians to take advantage of the free service to ensure students are prepared for the upcoming school year and athletic seasons.
