Frontier Community College will offer a special presentation on building resilience during its annual Senior Citizens Day on Friday, September 25th.
The session, titled “Resiliency Through Life Challenges,” will be presented by Dana Taylor, Chief Operating Officer at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.
Taylor will discuss practical ways to navigate life’s challenges with strength and hope while helping participants develop resilience in everyday life. The presentation will be held from 9:45 to 10:05 a.m.
The program is part of Frontier Community College’s Senior Citizens Day activities and will take place on the college campus in Fairfield.
