Frontier Community College is inviting the public to celebrate America’s artistic heritage through a new Community Education course, “America the Beautiful.”
The class will be held Monday, August 31st from 6 to 8 p.m. in Mason Hall Room 24 on the FCC campus.
Instructor David Harl will lead participants through a look at some of the nation’s most significant works of art, from sweeping landscapes of the American West to bold abstract creations inspired by the country’s urban centers. The course is part of the nation’s celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.
Those interested can register through Frontier Community College Student Services. Additional information about this and other Community Education courses is available at iecc.edu/communityed.
