The American Farm Bureau Federation is accepting applications for its 2026 County Activities of Excellence (CAE) program, which recognizes outstanding programs and projects conducted by county Farm Bureaus across the country. Applications must be submitted online by September 1st. Selected county Farm Bureaus will be invited to showcase their projects during the American Farm Bureau Federation Annual Convention, scheduled for January 8-13, 2027, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The federation will recognize up to 24 county activities, including as many as four multi-county collaborations. Winning counties will receive four complimentary registrations to the 2027 convention, a trade show booth, and a $4,500 stipend to help cover travel and exhibit expenses. Applications must be completed through the online portal at fb.org/cae by selecting “Apply Now.” Paper and PDF submissions will not be accepted. Winners will be announced during the first week of October.
