Vicki Sue Brown, 77, of McLeansboro, Illinois passed away Friday, August 7, 2026 surrounded by her family at her residence.
She was born on January 10, 1949, in McLeansboro, Illinois to Alva and Beulah (Swafford)
Biggerstaff.
Vicki married the love of her life Danny Brown in McLeansboro, Illinois on June 11, 1966. They just celebrated 60 wonderful years together.
She enjoyed gardening, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Vicki is survived by her Husband; Danny Brown, Sons; Darin (Sissy) Brown, Mark (Shannon) Brown, 4 Grandchildren; Jordan Brown, Ray Brown, Dezaraye (Chase) Rogers and Emily Brown and 8 Great-Grandchildren, Brother; Terry (Margie) Biggerstaff and many numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
She is preceded in death by her Parents, Father-in-law and Mother-in-Law; Ralph (Geneva) Brown, Great-Granddaughter; Zyla Brown and Sister; Mildred (Horatio) McMahon
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Vicki’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105.
Family will receive friends from the chapel of Harre Funeral Home on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Funeral Service will follow immediately at the funeral home beginning at 12:00pm with Pastor Jason Moore officiating.
Burial will follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in McLeansboro, Illinois.
