A Fairfield man is being held in the Wayne County Jail after his arrest on multiple charges Friday.
48-year-old Lonnie Lee Griffith, 48 was arrested on allegations of violating an active order of protection and cruelty to animals. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail Friday afternoon
In addition to the new allegations, the Wayne County State’s Attorney’s Office has filed a petition to revoke Griffith’s probation stemming from a previous methamphetamine possession conviction.
Griffith remains in the Wayne County Jail pending the formal filing of charges and further court proceedings.
