Illinois State Police have identified the man found dead earlier this month in Eldorado.
ISP says 21-year-old Devin L. Summers was found dead August 4th in the 800 block of High Street.
The Eldorado Police Department requested assistance from Illinois State Police in the investigation.
Authorities have not said whether foul play is suspected or whether investigators are seeking a person of interest.
The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information has been released.
