Local musicians will have an opportunity to take the Main Stage during the Fairfield Fall Fun Fest with this year’s Battle of the Bands.
The competition is scheduled for Saturday, September 19th from 2 to 4 p.m. on the Fall Fun Fest Main Stage in downtown Fairfield.
Participating bands will be given up to 10 minutes to perform two songs, with at least one required to be an original composition.
Bands interested in competing must register by September 15th by calling the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce at 618-842-6116.
The Battle of the Bands is presented by Wayne-White Electric Cooperative.
