WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT REPORTS FOUR WARRANT ARRESTS

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department reports four recent arrests on outstanding warrants.

Thirty-four-year-old Cody Kell of West Salem was arrested Friday afternoon on a Wayne County warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge. Kell was transported to the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.

Thirty-six-year-old Jody Lee Deckard of Fairfield was arrested Sunday morning on a Wayne County warrant for domestic battery. Deckard was lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.

Fifty-one-year-old Richard Lee Winter of Addieville was arrested Monday afternoon on a Wayne County warrant involving unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a petition to revoke conditional discharge. Winter was transported to the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.

Forty-one-year-old Carolyn Hatcher of Sims was arrested Monday night on a Marion County warrant for failure to appear on an original retail theft charge. Hatcher was lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending extradition to Marion County.
