NORTH WAYNE SCHOOL BOARD SETS SPECIAL MEETING ON POSSIBLE BUILDING PROJECT TONIGHT (WEDNESDAY)

The North Wayne Community Unit School District #200 Board of Education will hold a special meeting tonight (Wednesday) at 6 p.m. at Cisne Middle School.

The meeting will focus on a possible building or addition project within the district. Board members are scheduled to receive an update on the proposal and consider action establishing a maximum project budget and maximum square footage.

The board will also consider approving Health/Life Safety amendments for Johnsonville and Mt. Erie elementary schools.

Public comments will be taken during the meeting, with Lee Milligan listed on the agenda.

District officials say the public is encouraged to attend as information about the potential building project is presented to the community.
