A Granite City man pleaded guilty Tuesday in Wayne County Circuit Court to a misdemeanor theft charge.
Thirty-four-year-old Cody M. Kell pleaded guilty to theft, a Class A misdemeanor.
Kell was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs.
He was also ordered to pay $350 in restitution to the victim in the case.
