The New Hope Community Consolidated School District Number 6 Board of Education will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The evening will begin with a public hearing on the district’s fiscal year 2027 budget, including an opportunity for public input. The board will then move into its regular monthly meeting.
Superintendent reports will include updates on Freedom of Information Act requests, Illinois Science Assessment scores, lowered property taxes and standard response protocols.
Under new business, the board is scheduled to consider approval of the FY 2027 budget and a 10-year Health Life Safety Survey by Baysingers Architect.
Board members will also consider accepting a property donation from Vernon Gwaltney for development of a new roadway.
An executive session is scheduled to discuss personnel assignments and hours, with the board reserving the right to return to open session afterward.
