The City of Fairfield will host its annual “Boo on Main” celebration Friday, October 30th with Halloween activities planned throughout downtown Fairfield.
From 5 to 7 p.m., local businesses and individuals will be set up for trunk-or-treating. The evening will also feature free hot dogs, games, costume judging and other activities for families.
The celebration will continue after Boo on Main with an outdoor movie on Second Street beginning at 7 p.m. Live music will also be offered in front of the Wayne County Courthouse from 7 to 10 p.m.
Businesses, organizations or individuals interested in setting up a booth may contact the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce at 618-842-6116.
The event is made possible by the City of Fairfield Recreation Committee and community volunteers.
