Farmers, farm families and farmworkers are invited to a Farmer Appreciation Harvest Lunch later this month in Browns.
The lunch will be held Tuesday, September 29, at the West Elevator in Browns. Serving will begin at 11 a.m. and continue until the food runs out.
Organizers are inviting those involved in agriculture to stop by during the busy harvest season, visit and grab some lunch.
The Farmer Appreciation Harvest Lunch is sponsored by Bunge, the Edwards County Farm Bureau and Citizens National Bank of Albion.
The event is being held as a thank-you to area farmers, farm families and farmworkers for their contributions to the community.
