Fairfield Community High School is preparing for its 2026 Homecoming celebration, with activities scheduled from Wednesday, September 30th through Saturday, October 3rd.
Festivities begin Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. with Battle of the Classes on the football field.
Friday will feature the Homecoming Parade at 2 p.m. Community members interested in participating are asked to contact Donna Reever in the FCHS main office.
The Fairfield Mules will host the Flora Wolves at 7 p.m. Friday for the Homecoming football game. The 2026 Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned during halftime.
Queen candidates are Wren Braddock, Hilary Hodges and Selah Sork. King candidates are Cooper Berg, Owen Gruen and Aiden King.
Escorts are Michael Barner, Jack Copeland, Austin Grieve, Ashton King, Breychan Kovacich and Andrew Hutcheson.
Freshman attendants are Gabriella Springmeyer and Josie Crews; sophomore attendants are Karsyn Miller and Taylann Kovacich; and junior attendants are Malia Austin and Jensyn Robbins.
Homecoming concludes Saturday with the annual dance from 7 to 10 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30. Tickets go on sale today (Monday) and cost $10 in advance or $15 at the door.
The FCHS Foundation will also provide cash prizes for class floats and club and organization floats participating in the Homecoming celebration.
