A group of area veterans and military personnel will be honored as parade marshals during the annual Wayne City Bean Days Parade this Saturday.
This year’s parade marshals include Doc Clark, Charles Koker, Robert Kissner, Scottie Robertson, Danny Youngblood, Chaz Campbell, Dustin Payne, Ryan Fagan, Doug Atkinson, Mike Ehrhart, Chris Robertson, Donald Bennett, Gillian Wilson, Jeff Wilson and Robert T. Woods.
Organizers say the invitation extends beyond those named, with all veterans and current military personnel welcome to ride on the parade float and be recognized for their service.
The Wayne City Bean Days Parade will step off at 11 a.m. Saturday.
Veterans and military personnel participating on the marshal float do not need to submit a parade entry form.
