Two people were arrested Sunday morning following a traffic stop by Carmi Police.
Authorities say officers stopped a black Ford Focus shortly after 10 a.m. on County Road 1500 North.
The driver, 58-year-old Michael Vaughn of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of driving while license revoked, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful use of property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle by a driver.
Vaughn was also cited for failure to wear a seat belt, no front license plate and operating without insurance.
His passenger, 54-year-old Tammy Kuhlig of Dix, was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant stemming from a previous possession of methamphetamine charge. She also faces new charges of possession of methamphetamine, unlawful use of property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Vaughn and Kuhlig were both scheduled to appear Monday morning in White County Circuit Court.
