The Clay County Community Health Foundation is once again holding its annual fundraiser to support hospice services throughout the region.
This year’s fundraiser will feature a meat raffle, with proceeds benefiting the Foundation’s Hospice Program, which provides services in Clay, Edwards, Effingham, Jasper, Marion, Richland, Wabash and Wayne counties.
Raffle tickets are $10 each, with two prizes available. The first-place winner will receive a $250 certificate, while the second-place winner will receive a $200 certificate.
Each winner will have a choice of a certificate from Blair’s Slaughtering & Processing or Salt & Strings Butchery.
The drawing will be held November 4th.
Tickets are available at the Clay County Health Department, located at 601 East 12th Street in Flora.
Funds raised will help support the Hospice Program and the services it provides to patients and families throughout its eight-county service area.
