HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL:
The Fairfield Lady Mules picked up another Black Diamond Conference volleyball victory Thursday night, sweeping Eldorado on the road.
In freshman action, the two teams split their two sets. Fairfield won the opener 25-20 before Eldorado took the second set 25-16.
The Fairfield junior varsity squad also earned a straight-set victory, defeating Eldorado 25-14 and 25-10.
Fairfield won the varsity match in straight sets, 25-14 and 25-7.
The victory improves the Lady Mules to 19-5 overall and 3-0 in Black Diamond Conference play.
The Lady Mules return home Monday night to host the Mt. Carmel Lady Aces at the Mule Barn. Freshman action will begin at 5 p.m., followed by the junior varsity and varsity matches.

HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS TENNIS:
The Fairfield Lady Mules Tennis team faced off with the Carbondale Lady Terriers Thursday afternoon at the Lakeside Tennis Courts for Senior Recognition Day. The Lady Mules fell to the Lady Terriers 8-1. Seniors that were recognized were Wren Braddock, Carly Fleener, Emily Vaughan, and Marin Blessing.
HIGH SCHOOL BOYS GOLF:
The Fairfield Mules Boys Golf team was in action at the Black Diamond Conference Championship at the Franklin County Country Club on Thursday and finished 10th overall. Results for the Mules were: Cruz Wells-17th-85, River Wise and Andrew Hutcheson-34th-89, Lane Witucki-45th-92, Shannon Vaughan-55th-96, and Laython Craft-58th-99.
