Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer service within and outside of the Hospital.
Kelli Dickey of the FMH Finance Department has been selected as Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s September 2026 Employee of the Month. Kelli began her career at FMH in June 2018 and has continued to demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, dedication, professionalism, and commitment to the Hospital and her fellow employees.
As Payroll/AP Clerk, Kelli plays an important role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Her dedication is especially evident during payroll week, when she consistently goes above and beyond, coming in early, staying late, and putting in whatever additional time is needed to meet important deadlines. In recent months, Kelli has taken on significant responsibility of helping implement a new payroll system while also assisting with the transition to a new pension provider, all while continuing to manage the demanding responsibilities of Accounts Payable.
