Illinois State Police has opened a new Firearm Owners Identification and Concealed Carry License assistance kiosk at the ISP Troop 10 headquarters in Ullin.

The kiosk is designed to provide in-person assistance for Illinois residents who are having difficulty using the online FOID and CCL system or who do not have internet access.

The Troop 10 kiosk is located at 1154 Shawnee College Road in Ullin and will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m.

Services available at the kiosk include assistance with new applications, renewals, name and address changes, correcting rejected applications, submitting Firearm Disposition Records and surrendering FOID or CCL cards when required.

Staff can also take and upload application photos, and a public computer will be available for residents to complete applications or make changes to existing accounts.

ISP says customers may occasionally be asked to return at another time because of the amount of time required to assist with some applications.

Other FOID and CCL kiosks are currently available in Springfield, Du Quoin and Effingham. The Collinsville kiosk is temporarily closed until spring 2027, while the Lockport location is expected to reopen this winter.

Illinois residents may also continue to apply for, update or renew FOID cards and Concealed Carry Licenses through the ISP Firearms Services website at: https://www.ispfsb.com
