Two individuals appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday. Summer D. East, 23, of Fairfield, was placed on 12 months of court supervision on an amended charge of Disorderly Conduct, a Class C misdemeanor.
East was ordered to pay court costs.
Karl D. Woolever, 49, of Sims, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony.
Woolever was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge and 180 days in the Wayne County Jail, with the jail sentence stayed. He was credited with three days already served.
As part of the sentencing agreement, Woolever must comply with the conditions of his conditional discharge, including refraining from further criminal violations and possessing illegal drugs. Court records also indicate that a second count in the case was dismissed.
