Fairfield Memorial Hospital has named Casey Stallard, a Physical Therapist Assistant in the hospital’s Therapy Services Department, as its October 2026 Employee of the Month.
Stallard was recognized for her dedication to patient care, positive attitude, and ability to build meaningful relationships with the patients and families she serves.
According to hospital officials, Stallard consistently goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and encouraging environment during therapy sessions. Whether sharing her daily jokes, engaging patients in conversation, or singing to brighten their day, she brings enthusiasm and compassion to her work.
Her personal approach to patient care has made a lasting impression, with some patients and family members specifically requesting Stallard by name.
Despite the challenges of caring for inpatient, observation, and swing bed patients, Stallard maintains a positive attitude and is known for greeting patients with a smile.
Therapy Services Director Jennifer Bowers praised Stallard for her dedication and the impact she has made on the department.
“Casey is someone who exudes positivity. She is a hard worker, conscientious, creative, and genuinely thoughtful. I really appreciate her commitment and the positive impact she has made. Congratulations, Casey, on being named the October Employee of the Month, and thank you for all you do!” Bowers said.
Fairfield Memorial Hospital recognizes an employee each month based on nominations from fellow employees for providing exceptional patient care and customer service both inside and outside the hospital.
