A popular Fairfield restaurant is preparing to expand its operations in the coming weeks.
Chava’s Cantina and Grill, located at 5 Williamson Drive on Fairfield’s west side, is planning an expansion that will provide additional space for its bar area and introduce video gaming machines.
Restaurant owner Chava Galva says the expansion will extend into the adjoining office space formerly occupied by the chiropractic practice of Dr. Steven R. Miller.
The project will allow the restaurant to enlarge its existing bar area while adding video gaming as another entertainment option for customers.
Galva, who operates Chava’s Cantina and Grill alongside his wife, Marcie, says the expansion is expected to be completed within the next several weeks.
The restaurant will remain at its current location on Williamson Drive in Fairfield.
