Tonight’s Powerball jackpot has reached an estimated $760 million, after no one matched the winning numbers drawn this past Wednesday night. The drawing will take place tonight just before 10 p.m. Central Time.
If the winner elects to take the lump sum payment, they would receive about $326 million cash. If they elect to take the annuity option, the payments would be paid out in 30 payments over 29 years, with the first payment before taxes estimated at about $11 million.
Powerball is played in 45 states, including the state of Illinois.
