The Village of West Salem will be holding a special session this evening at Village Hall.
At the meeting, the village will look to appoint Kelli Higgins as Temporary Deputy Clerk as well as discuss and potentially take action on removing Felicia Moutry as the village clerk. Village officials will then look at moving to keep Kelli Higgins on as temporary deputy clerk until a village clerk is appointed by the mayor and approved by the village board.
Tonight’s special meeting of the West Salem Village Board is set for 7 PM.
