Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a pair of Wayne County residents following a traffic stop Tuesday.
At 1:30 AM, deputies stopped a vehicle operated by Ronald D. Stark of Fairfield. Stark and a passenger in his vehicle, Rachel Hutchinson of Sims were found to be in possession of meth according to deputies.
Both individuals are being held in the Wayne County Jail.
