Illinois On Alert For Threats in Wake of Middle East Conflict

Illinois officials are monitoring the conflict in the Middle East and potential threats in the states. Governor Pritzker has been briefed by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security, and the Illinois State Police. He has instructed both to work closely with law enforcement partners and to be on heightened alert for any threats related to places of worship across the state. So far, there have bee no credible threats in Illinois.
