A Cisne woman was arrested late Saturday Evening following a traffic stop. At 11:43 PM, 50-year-old Gina G. Gantenbein was arrested for Delivery and or Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance & Lighting Violation following a traffic stop at Main & Mill. Gantrnbein is being held in the Richland County Jail.
