The 2024 election season begins Monday. Candidates who want to make the spring primary ballot can begin turning in their paperwork on Monday. There could be a large crowd at the state’s election office in Springfield as candidates line-up to try and be first on the ballot. The paperwork for the spring ballot is due to the state by the following Monday.
