President Biden’s campaign is blasting former President Donald Trump for skipping an Illinois ballot-access tradition. The Chicago Sun-Times and WBEZ reported over the weekend that Trump didn’t sign the voluntary loyalty oath as part of his package of ballot-access paperwork submitted to the State Board of Elections last week.
