The Fairfield Community High School Board is set to meet Thursday at 6 in the Study Hall at FCHS.
On the Superintendent’s Report, the board will hear about CD Rates from area banks, discuss the fuel bids for the upcoming year, talk about upgrading the maintenance shop lighting to LED and have a 2nd reading on proposed curriculum changes for fiscal year 25.
Under old business, the board will consider action on curriculum changes for the upcoming school year.
Under new business, the board will consider action on LED lighting in the maintenance shop.
Following that a closed session will take place. Following the closed session, the board will consider the employment of computer and IT Instructor, consider an employee for maternity leave, consider keeping closed session minutes private and or destroying closed session minutes dating back to June 2022, and then looking at potential action on the gym renovation project.
