The Illinois Department of Transportation is receiving more than seven-million-dollars in federal funds to fix electric vehicle chargers statewide. The grant will repair, replace or upgrade dozens of charging ports. The funding helps support Governor Pritzker’s goal to have one million EVs on the road in Illinois by 2030.
