32-year old Tiffany A. Perusky of Carmi, Illinois, was sentenced on March 5, 2024 to a total of 4-years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by a term of 1-year of Mandatory Supervised Release (formerly known as “parole”) for Residential Burglary in Edwards County. Perusky is also required to pay restitution of $1956.77 in the case.
23-year old Tanner J.R. Buckman of Grayville, Illinois, was sentenced on January 30, 2024 to a total of 4-years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by a term of 6-months of Mandatory Supervised Release (formerly known as “parole”) for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine in Edwards County and for Burglary to a Motor Vehicle.
In both cases, Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric A. St Ledger prosecuted the case on behalf of the People of the State of Illinois while the defendants were represented by Public Defender, Brian Shinkle.
