Mayor Skip Land of Norris City has announced a change in the schedule for the monthly storm siren testing in the village. Going forward, the testing will take place on the first Tuesday of every month at two different times: 10am and 6:30pm. However, in case of inclement weather during these testing times, the sirens will not be tested.
