Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies just be 5 o’clock Tuesday afternoon arrested 33-year-old Kevin Borah of Sims on a charge of Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Damage to Property. Borah was transported and booked into the Wayne County Jail.
