Three individuals were sentenced in Wayne County Circuit Court on Tuesday.
51-year-old Cecil Parish of Xenia violated a previous order of 18 months probation on a charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. His probation was revoked and Parish was sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Wayne City resident, 46-year-old James Paddock pled guilty to Unlawful Sale Of Alcohol To A Minor. Paddock was placed on six months of court supervision plus court costs.
44-year-old John Thompson from Ottosen, IA was sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine With The Intent To Deliver. Thompson was given credit for 22 days of time already served.
