FAIRFIELD ELKS LODGE TO SPONSOR FREE CHILDREN’S ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC SEPT. 11TH

The Fairfield Elks Lodge #1631, in partnership with lodges from Mount Vernon, Centralia, Salem, and McLeansboro, is teaming up with the Illinois Elks Children’s Care Corporation to sponsor a free children’s orthopedic assessment clinic on Thursday, September 11th.
The clinic will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Neuromuscular Orthopedic Institute office of Dr. Alan Froehling, located at 302 Broadway Street in Mount Vernon. Appointments are required and can be made by calling the Illinois Elks Children’s Care office at 1-800-272-0074, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
There is no charge for services provided at the clinic.
No medical referral is necessary, but physicians and school nurses are encouraged to refer children for a specific concern or second opinion. The clinic is a valuable opportunity for families to have their child evaluated for bone and joint development.
