The Fairfield PaintOut committee will be hosting a Sidewalk Chalk Contest this Saturday from 9am to 10am at Center Street Grade School in Fairfield. This event is for all Wayne County 3rd thru 8th grade students. Categories include; 3rd thru 5th grade and 6th thru 8th grade. Cash awards plus a gift for every participant. Chalk will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own.
Those interested should text student’s name and grade to Vicki at 618-231-7200 to pre-register.
