Wilena Gray, 92, of Fairfield died Monday at 1:28PM at Lavender Ridge Nursing Home in Mount Vernon IL. She was born in White County on September 23, 1922 to Ernie & Lena (Large) Wells. She married the late Robert Gray on December 31, 1942 and was a homemaker. Wilena is a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Fairfield and a member of the Joy Singers and the Fairfield Women’s Club.
Wilena is survived by 2 grandsons, Keith Gray of Fairfield & Jeremy (Matta) Gray of Barnhill; a daughter-in-law- Vicki Gray of Fairfield. 3 great grandsons- Skylar, Eli, & Dayne Gray and a Special Niece-Yvonne Waltrip of Brownstown
Funeral Services for Wilena Gray will be Thursday 8/27 at 1PM at Johnson & Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield
Visitation will be from 11-1Pm Thursday 8/27 at Johnson & Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield
In lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to the 1st Baptist Church children’s ministry and will be accepted at the Johnson & Vaughn Funeral Home
