Helen E. Baker paper picHelen Easter Mosbarger-Baker, 102, of Grayville, Illinois, died Monday, December 7, 2015, at Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi, Illinois. Helen was a homemaker and (for over 89 years), a member of the Grayville First Christian Church. An active church member, she taught Sunday school and played piano for Sunday school for over 50 years.

Survivors include sons Jerry (Frances) Mosbarger of Keller, Texas, Merrill (Cheryl) Mosbarger of Rochelle, Illinois; step-sons Dean (Barbara) Baker of Carmi, Illinois, Kenneth (Marge) Baker of Shawneetown, Illinois; step-daughter Linda (Richard) Clay of Evansville, Indiana; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Helen Easter Mosbarger-Baker will be 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 11 at the Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6 – 8 Thursday evening, Dec. 10 at the Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville.

Memorials may be made to the Grayville First Christian Church and will be accepted at Cook Funeral Chapel.
