76-year-old Dahlgren resident, Gary Karcher died at 5:05 p.m. Monday, May 16 at his home. He was a farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki Karcher of Dahlgren; two sons, Mark Karcher and wife Paula of Wayne City and Michael Karcher and wife Miranda of Dahlgren; two daughters, Jackie Rubenacker and husband Alan of Dahlgren and Julie Rudloff and husband Danny of DuQuoin, Ill.; grandchildren, Devin, Dana and Dani Rubenacker, Josh and Ashley Karcher, Jesi Rudloff and Alyssa and Aiden Karcher and one great-grandchild, Leland Paul Rubenacker.
Funeral services for Gary Karcher will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 19 at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro with burial in Crouch Cemetery at Belle Prairie.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 19 until the time of service at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Crouch Cemetery Fund or to Hopewell Church and will be accepted at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
