56 year-old Carolyn Sue Leffingwell of McLeansboro passed away Thursday, January 12, at 1:26 p.m. at the Baylor-Scott-White Medical Center in Irving, Texas.
A home maker in life, she is survived by her father; Paul E. Smith of McLeansboro, three sons; Paul Nathan Smith, Travis Leffingwell and R.J. Leffingwell, all of McLeansboro, one brother; Donald Smith of Harrisburg, and three grandchildren.
There will be no formal services for Carolyn Sue Leffingwell. The Gholson Funeral Home of McLeansboro is assisting the family with arrangements.
